Search engine optimization (SEO) is the process of improving the volume and value of traffic to a web site from search engines via "normal" or un-paid ("organic" or "algorithmic") search results as opposed to search engine marketing (SEM) which deals with paid insertion. In general, the higher a site appears in the search results listing, the more visitors it will receive from the search engine. 

So, you can already imagine if you have a blog or website in the niche of insurance (I used this example because a friend of mine asked about it), first you'd want to go deeper into the niche.  This means focus on "car insurance" rather than just insurance; so if your blog is on car insurance, and every time someone typed in car insurance in the Google search box, good SEO practices would allow you to be on the first page of the natural listing results (the picture below shows an example).

The internet advertising revenues has gone over 5 million as of 2007 (that's when I stop checking) and has grown 30% over the last 4 years.

The Google Adsense program has grade schoolers making bank to pay for school, college, and help the parents out around the house also.

I personally know professionals professors, nurses, doctors, and even attorneys who are ditching their jobs and dealing with Google to make millions. Who do they thank? They thank Google and so do I. Now you know for instance of blogs with some ads down the side of it like this one "blog example" and there are ads along the side with relevant ads based on the blog post. The owner of this blog is cashing in everytime some clicks one of those ads. Of course, Google is too.

This is why webmasters are making tons and why people are putting up websites like people put up their hands at a concert sing-along.

For this reason, among others, is why Google's Adsense and Adwords programs are so monetarily healthy for any entrepreneur. The industry calls it revenue sharing; I put a campaign on Google to sell a product, some clicks on my ad (Google and the website owner makes money), that person later buys my product (I just made money).

So you want to get in on this way of earning money for doing not so much compared to people who have to get up at a certain time, rush for a train, punch a time card, and stay there till another grown person tells them to go home deflated and tired?

Today you do not even need a website you can sign up for free at wordpress.com or blogger.com or Weebly, and start putting content on it that is worth reading and lay some Google Adsense on it and make some change simply talking about your favorite topic. Will you retire in six months…? It is certainly possible and I've seen it done. Let me explain what I mean or how this is possible.

When someone signs up for Google when you refer them, you will get credited $5.00 (free fries). When that same person advertises on Adwords and jots out $100.00, you will get an additional $40.00 (dinner and dessert – see how you're moving up like the Jefferson's).

They just must spend 100 bucks within 90 days. Now simply refer 20 more people to advertise on Google Adwords who spend at least 100 bucks in 90 days and that's a bonus of 600 bucks (rent or hefty car note).

"When a web publisher signs up for Google Adsense through that you referred and their website makes at least $5.00 within 180 days of sign-up, you will be credited with $5.00. When the same web publisher earns $100.00 within 180 days of sign-up and is eligible for payout, you will be credited with an additional $250.00.

If, in any 180 day period, you refer 25 web publishers who each earn more than $100.00 and are all eligible for payout, you will be awarded a $2,000.00 bonus."

Writing on your favorite topic is as easy as breathing when you think about it; and with the internet you can post what you wrote about, send it to family and friends and then let the search engines do the rest. I urge you not to overlook this as an avenue for you to bring in extra money. There are "stay-at-home" moms who rake in over 800,000 dollars on advertising.

So you've been laid off or you are a poor college student, or you're a stay at home mom (or dad these days), or you simply have too much month at the end of your money.  

You could do what 99% of people do these days go find 3 part time jobs and work yourself to death; you can go spend your last $499 bucks on the next greatest multi-level marketing company.  Why go through all those hoops when you can do one of these three super simple ways to make money.

These 2 simple ways to make money are very easy and free, may I add, you can make money fast, make money from home, make money online, or just make extra money.  The first simple way to make money is to start a blog and write on your favorite topic.  For instance, if you love making candles you can blog about your craft on a daily basis.  Blogging is sort of like charting your own reality show. 

You can open a free blog with blogger or wordpress and write a new blog everyday on an aspect of making candles.  "But Chris how am I going to make money writing a blog?"  That is an excellent question.  This is how; you open an adsense account and put Google ads on your blog.  Also; you can sign up to be an affiliate with a merchant and promote their product on your blog.

If a vendor has a book or actually sells candles; it would probably sell pretty well on your blog as it is closely related or relevant to your blog.  This could bring you easy money writing on a topic that is so easy and dear to you to write on.

NicheQ for Niche Marketing

Hey; there hasn't been a great amount of things to write about; but finally something has prompted my grubby little fingers to type. If you're a baller in Internet marketing; one thing I'm sure you're doing is concentrating on the few to get the mass.

Another way to say that is doing Niche marketing. This is concentrating or marketing only to a particular niche rather than a general and larger group. An example of this would be the ever used dog training example. Now newbies and idiots would try and market the 'keyword' "dog training."

They do this not knowing and maybe never realizing that dog training is an expensive and over popular keyword. Don't believe me just go type it in in Google and see the search results: you'll see over 9 million results

The key and non-idiot thing to do is to dig a lot deeper. That is, you must think about what searchers are looking for in dog training. Things like german shepard dog training - german shepard training specialist. For this long tailed keyword; you'll find only 18,000 results. It's a bit easier to compete against 18,000 than 9,900,000 million.
